Our consumption can be the engine that drives up local business creation. At Fairshare Churros, we are a group of Bay Area sole proprietors/collectivepreneurs operating under the same brand from our homes. Think of us as a fragmented virtual factory. By leveraging creativity, community and technology, we are able to deliver delicious, grease-free homemade churros from scratch to our respective communities. Each sole proprietor(aka Churro Node) takes ALL of the profits from their production/labor - a fair share. This translates to hard-working individuals making a decent living without having to work 2 or 3 jobs.

We are one example—alongside existing co-ops—of how communities can be their own source of economic self-sufficiency and shift the paradigm.
